open:creative was set up in 2009 to fullfil the need to educate and enlighten young people in everything creative. We are a team of professional artists working in all areas of mixed media from comic book artists, musicians, film makers, audio engineers, animators and puppeteers.
Most of our artists have worked in education for over 5 years and are fully CRB checked.
We deliver workshops designed for and by young people. They tell us what they want and we work hard to make sure that's what they get.
We create a close partnership with you to ensure your school or centre get's satisfaction of delivery.
Since staring we have worked with hundreds of young people, performed at festivals, heard and seen some amazing creations and whitnessed countless smiling faces.
We offer a range of qualifications from ADSAN to Arts Award as well as music grades and we can work with you to help with your student's cirriculum qualifications.
We have access to music software required for GCSE music, film and editing equipment for media studies, tools for graphic design....so you'll never need to worry about your students suffering if your school doesn't have the resources.
Open Lab is a new initiative from open:creative, working with schools, colleges, youth centres, arts centres and other organisations to bring the latest in mixed media.
We offer workshops, training, qualifications and much more in simple, affordable packages.
We have a team of dedicated artists and workshop leaders ready to work with you now no matter what your needs.
